All classrooms have projectors for supplementing conventional teaching methods with digital in puts.

The college playground, located on the western side of the college campus, with facilities for athletics, football, cricket, and other outdoor games, also has a gallery that can accommodate over 200 spectators.

The college has a well-furnished room for meditation sessions which are guided and supervised by a trained teacher.

The Department of Botany, Sipajhar college has a Bio-instrumentation laboratory to conduct various experiments in the field of plant physiology and biochemistry, microbiology, genetics etc. The instruments are routinely employed for conducting various experiments for the degree students.

We have a womens hostel on the college campus. The hostel can house sixty residents. Due to the limited number of hostel seats, allocation is based on distance from native place and not merely on academic merit. Allocation of hostel seat is made after completion of admission formalities to the college. The residents of the hostels must adhere to the rules and regulations established by the administration. The violation of these rules will invite disciplinary action, which may include expulsion from both the hostel and the college. The hostel has running water, 24-hour electricity, newspapers, both Assamese and English. High walls surround the hostel property.

Sipajhar College gymnasium was built with UGC funding and opened to students in 2013. Both girls and boys as well as teachers who wish to avail the gymnasium facilities must pay a nominal fee to join the gymnasium club.

Since 2015, a clean and well-equipped canteen has served the college community. It is leased to a local entity. Here, both students and teachers have access to facilities for refreshment.

The college has a well-maintained greenhouse with both ornamental and flowering plants available for sale.

The college has a mushroom cultivation unit that sells mushroom. Along with that, this unit is a part of the certificate course on mushroom cultivation run by the Department of Botany.

The college has a bicycle stand with space for 200 bicycles aimed at promoting a green environment initiative among our students.

The Indoor Stadium was built with grants from UGC. The gallery has a seating capacity for 50 spectators. Two badminton courts with synthetic turf, a couple of tennis tables, and Gym facilities are available here.

The department of English has a well equipped language lab which uses Orell Talk software to provide practical hands-on training to supplement theory classes for the Certificate Course in Communicative English. Starting an add-on certificate course in collaboration with the prestigious Cambridge University course is in the pipe-line.

We have a 300-seat capacity open meeting hall for hosting various socio-cultural events.

The college has a vermicomposting unit that sells vermicompost. Along with that, this unit is a part of the certificate course on Vermiculturing and Vermicomposting run by the Department of Zoology.

The college has 2 conference halls for seminars/meetings with 200 seat capacity.

Established in 1993 to inculcate social consciousness and a sense of responsibility, discipline and dignity of labour among the youth the National Service Scheme (NSS) is a voluntary organisation of college students under the Union Ministry of Human Resource Development. Students can enroll themselves in the NSS unit of the college at the beginning of the academic session. The college unit of the NSS takes up a number of social service programmes with active participation of the people of the locality, social service programmes with active participation of the people of the locality.

The Unit of Bharat Scouts and Guides was constituted at Sipajhar College in 2009. Since then, it has been rendering a fruitful service to the college participating in all its auspicious occasions.
