All students should read the Notice Board regularly.
Without prescribed uniform and valid identity card no student will be allowed to enter the college.
Indulging in ragging in any form inside and outside the college is strictly prohibited.
Students should not cause any damage to any college property.
The college campus is a No Smoking, No Tobacco, No Plastic, No Alcohol and No Drugs zone.
The use of mobile phones inside the college campus is strictly prohibited.
Minimum attendance of 75% is mandatory for all students.
Students remaining absent for more than 10 days at a stretch, without information, will have their names struck off from the attendance registers.
CODE OF CONDUCT FOR PRINCIPAL, FACULTY AND EMPLOYEES OF SIPAJHAR COLLEGE
Every person employed by the college shall take a pledge on the college foundation day to abide by the code of conduct of the college. Besides, all newly induction teachers and students are administered the pledge during the Induction Programme.
I, (name of the person) as long as I am in the service of Sipajhar College shall at all times behave in a dignified and professional way.
I shall always discharge my duties with utmost sincerity, honesty and integrity.
I shall always be loyal to my institution and uphold its honour and good name.
I shall never discriminate in matters of gender, religion or economic status in my dealings with anyone.
l always be ethical in my dealings with colleagues and students.
I shall always be polite and respectful to everyone in the college.
I shall never willfully damage any property of the college.
I shall under no circumstance harass, threaten or discriminate against any student.
I shall always protect the dignity and honour of my colleagues and students.
I shall not consume alcohol, drugs, tobacco products, gutka and such other harmful substances in the college premises.
I shall abide by the laws of the country and respect all the symbols associated with the dignity and honour of my country and never do anything to bring dishonour to my country.
If I am found guilty of not abiding by the above code of conduct appropriate action can be taken against me in a just and reasonable manner by following the procedures and rules laid down in this regard.
